Jam House is Hirafu's Village's most luxurious ski resort rental property. It is located in a private glade within Hirafu Village in world famous Niseko, Japan. Jam House is a spacious and private two storey 5br house in Niseko-Hirafu offering premium accommodation for families or groups seeking a modern property with Western design and furnishings.
 Fully self-contained, Jam House caters for up to 12 guests in several sleeping configurations in 5 bedrooms.
This premium property features a gourmet kitchen with island bench, spacious living and dining areas with the latest LCD TV/DVD and sound system and broadband wireless internet . North facing with full length windows, Jam House enjoys views to Mt Yotei through a beautiful and secluded tree-lined valley, yet is only 350mtrs walk to the Ace family lift area and 500m from Seicomart in the centre of the village.
Upon arrival to Hirafu, our ground support manager picks up your group and takes you to Jam House (approx 4 mins. away). They help you move in and give you information about the area and some local knowledge. Our staff are available throughout your stay to answer questions and help you access the local scene with bookings of restaurants etc.

How to arrange your trip
The easiest way to book your holiday to Niseko is for you to book your flights yourself and to book your accomodation and transfers with us directly.
Then through our ground operator's website, you can book:

Please email us to confirm availability on Jam House. Then you can book and pay your accommodation with us. We require a 50% deposit to book and the balance by Nov 1. After that it is full payment.

Bus transfers go straight from airport to the lodge-return. You can book these online.
Book your ski and board hire. Leave your skis at home! Avoid the excess baggage charges. 20kg max (unless your a Gold or Platinum Member).

Availability/Price
Jam House is now available for rent during the Winter Season and for the off season all year.
The 2012 Winter ski season price is now discounted 50% to Y60,000/night for the whole lodge.
We have a minimum stay of 3 nights on any booking.
Door to door bus transfers from New Chitose Airport or Sapporo return can be booked online.

Ski & Equipment Hire
Excess baggage in Japan is an issue. It can cost you heaps if you go over 20kg! We direct you to the best hire equipment in Niseko.
Ski Hire Japan have the right equipment for Niseko. Hire online with them before you arrive to get the best gear. They do a pick up & deliver service and can provide you with the best prices in the resort. It's best to pre-book to get the exact skis and boards for the conditions. Remember, it's different snow in Niseko, and you will need the right equipment.
Bus Transfers
We have a ground operator that provides bus transfers to and from the New Chitose Airport to Jam House. Our on-ground managers will pick you up on arrival in Hirafu and take you to Jam House. The bus transfers can be booked through our ground operator's website which we will give you on booking.
Lift Tickets
Book your lift tickets and ski lessons online with us. A single "All Mountain" lift pass allows access to all five areas providing a vast array of both groomed runs, off piste and free-ride terrain in deep powder. Tickets are available for all types of skiing and boarding combinations. Tickets are approx. 4,000yen/day ($AUS60/day), cheaper for 6 days and more. We will help you with selecting the best tickets depending on your stay. You don't need to purchase them before you arrive, you may wish to go snowmobiling, shopping, snow-shoeing, horse riding or skiing to Rusutsu or La Pont - that are other resorts close by.
